This past week GNGR met a kiosk owner at the local Galleria Mall, GNGR has decided to take the same approach to sales as they did with the plan to sell less of more pendants with 3500 styles rather than trying to sell only a few of the same item to a larger group of buyers limiting additional sales.

This past Saturday, Mr. Newsteder met with a kiosk owner who said he wanted the spiritual line of Yoga, Ohm and Hamsa pendants in the Silver Drop Line GNGR developed.

At a price of $11 wholesale for just the pendants by themselves, the kiosk owner said they will supply cheap necklaces and their own boxes, GNGR is able to come up with an $11 price with a cost to produce the pendants at $4 leaving a very exciting $7 net profit per pendant.

The kiosk will sell on average, 100 pendants per week (50 at each of their two mall locations) that comes to about 7 per day that the kiosk owner said was all but guaranteed with increased sales during the holidays.

The figures from 100 sold each week at $7 net, comes to $700 per week. Not including any holiday increases. This would equate to possibly $36,000 annually in net profits for one kiosks minimal sales.

The kiosk owner expressed interest in having GNGR supply much more with some items they would like to design that they know would sell well. This could increase our wholesale sales 3 fold to just that malls kiosk sales topping $109,000 net profits annually from one mall location.

Because the wholesale price is doubled with a retail price of only $22, the kiosk owner would also make $109,000 (after his necklace and box cost) and said the $22 is very affordable. And the colors and selection would have something for everyone.

If for each mall we achieve the same goal with a minimum net of $36,000 to as much as $109,000 or higher, GNGR would only have to contact 100 mall kiosks in the Nevada area for starters to achieve a minimum $36,000 each kiosk account totaling $3,600,000 to as much as $10,900.000 at $109,000 net each. Even if we acquire 100 similar kiosk re sellers nationwide and not just locally will almost guarantee GNGR will hit the 100 location mark.

$3,600,000 net or even $10,900,000 net potential is based not on one large purchase order that is difficult to obtain but rather many smaller orders from people who must order items or they would not be able to stay in business. GNGR's new Silver Drop Collection is exactly what these re sellers have been looking for. And there is much more to come in the months ahead.

People in this industry know $700 in wholesale orders is not only possible, It's far below the average buy each week from re sellers. GNGR wants those orders and GNGR is getting them.

Most OTC Investors who see the big number usually are taken back as that is quite a stretch to achieve as a whole figure but is in fact many smaller proven purchase orders accumulative to achieve the same goal that most OTC companies say they intend to do with one huge order that never becomes a reality.

The reality is GNGR is selling and officially just started wholesale and figured a way to make more sales with less of each sale to more people. GNGR gets the orders and the re sellers reserve capital and make a great profit.

GNGR is not one of those OTC's that claim $10,000,000 on intent PR figures that most OTC companies use to raise capital that never even sell $1 worth of product as they sell billions of shares and make millions of dollars having sold not ONE product they claim they make. GNGR is making money on the way up to $10,000,000 or more.

GNGR is not selling shares because we are focused on the 100 location plan that has started and can only grow in size and numbers. Why would Team10 or Mr. Newsteder sell any shares now at this low price when a larger picture is just around the corner.

If you do not see any shares being dumped into dilution or some debt conversion toxic financing that allows GNGR to raise millions through mass debt dilution schemes and the focus is on production and expansion and product sales, one has to wonder why than are Team10 and Mr. Newsteder holding onto all their shares?

GNGR is making money selling products not shares, GNGR does not need to say they are working on a $10,000,000 order but rather many $700 orders with each one seen as not only possible but is happening now. It's just a matter of time when GNGR is in 100 locations then onto 1000 or more.

The GNGR plan is to sell fewer products to more at wholesale just like the Silver Drops selling less to more with more selection. A kiosk can buy 1 of each of 100 different GNGR pendant styles without having to buy minimums of each.

To make 100 of the same or 100 different pendants is the same labor and costs to GNGR so 1 of each or 100 of the same the costs stay the same. This is key for retailers to use GNGR because they only buy what they know is selling well without tying up funds in inventory.

We are looking to work with a representative who can assist GNGR with hiring territory reps and manage their sales. GNGR will focus on production and new ideas. Territories like tourist attractions will be a major winner with the Silver Drop Collection of icons, monuments and specific themed images.

The possibility of selling franchised territories to multi line reps is also a plan we are looking at. The Silver Drop Collection is just the tip of the iceberg. A new line of higher end and themed items are in the works.

Investors should be concerned that a $700 order for an OTC publicly traded company are horrible sales (which they are), and investors should also be alarmed when an OTC company posts figures topping $10,000,000 based on some intent idea or one product that almost always does not exist other than on paper.

The fact is the numbers people say are poor are not only possible but are happening now. Just times those poor sales everyone knows is possible by 100 locations or kiosks. There is your answer as to why GNGR is succeeding and on the way to the larger dollar numbers.
