Got Chocolates, Inc. is in negotiations with industry leader
Gunther Grant has been in talks with a local company that is nationally know for its product line SWEET & LOW, and SIMPLY NATURAL. They also produce items for Welches, Kelloggs and now Angry Birds confections to name a few. The company is also expanding to New Jersey where they will be taking 200,000 square feet of space and moving their Angry Birds and other products to that new facility. After that move we can then finalize what space will be available to us in the Commack location and also negotiate what each respective company will receive in any deal we make. During this 5 month waiting period, we will be moving into temporary office space so that we can continue to work with our accountant and legal counsel and prepare for our move back to the PINK CURRENT trading tier and a small temporary location to be able to produce orders from. We are also taking the steps to prepare for a PIPE transaction to raise significant capital for further expansion.
